It was a great decision to bring my case to Lipsky Lowe. Working with Travis made a process was not looking forward to, as seamless as possible.

Here are my top takeaways –
1- no one at the office speaks to you like a used car salesman like some other firms I spoke with did. Chris and Travis are straight forward and to the point – it really did feel like a working relationship.

2- Travis was so patient in explaining all the nuances of my case and laying out all possible outcomes and laying out how we would cross each bridge when we got there. I truly felt supported.

3- the team was extremely realistic with me which helped me set realistic expectations. They always left the ball in my court, but were always guiding me with all my options. Never putting undue stress or added pressure on me. Again, patiently explaining the pros and cons of every move we made.

4 – Responsive. Everyone at the office is very responsive in a timely manner. Jasmine and LiAnne in the office were a big help. I never felt like I was bothering anyone with too many check-ins or questions.

It was pleasure working with Travis and Chris and all of their paralegals. They made a very anxiety inducing experience for me so much better.
