Bayron graduated from The City College of New York, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2017. Bayron earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2021.

At Fordham University School of Law, Bayron served as the Notes & Articles Associate Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Bayron also worked as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant of Fordham’s First Year Legal Research and Writing Program. His experience includes a judicial internship with The Honorable Valerie E. Caproni of the United States District Court and a judicial externship with The Honorable Gerald Lebovits of the New York State Supreme Court. Bayron also interned with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Legal Clinic for Pro Se Litigants at the Southern District of New York and Fordham’s Federal Litigation Clinic.

Bayron was born and raised in Queens, New York, by his Ecuadorian parents. Bayron is a native Spanish speaker.
