Blake joined Lipsky Lowe LLP in 2025. Blake focuses on a wide variety of employment matters, represents clients in the recovery of unpaid wages and benefits, as well as matters involving claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and discrimination. Currently, Blake also serves as a committee member to the New York City Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Committee, which is a three-year appointment addressing legal and policy issues in the field of labor and employment law, including arbitration, mediation, and collective bargaining.

Prior to joining Lipsky Lowe LLP, Blake worked as an associate in a leading employment law firm in New York City, where he successfully represented employees in high stakes employment litigation in federal and state employment law claims, including Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the state and city human rights laws. Blake also has considerable experience representing employees in pursuing claims under various whistleblower statutes, including the New York Labor Law, New Jersey’s Conscientious Employee Protection Act, Sarbanes Oxley, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Prior to his admission to the New York State Bar, Blake served as a legal extern with several New York firms and governmental agencies, among them the United States Postal Service, where he worked on employment law issues involving the ADA, Title VII, FLSA.

Blake earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University in 2019, after which time he worked briefly as a financial analyst at a global financial information and analytics firm before attending law school. Blake earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School in 2022, where he received a Richardson Scholarship and served as Vice President/Co-founder of the Tort Law Society and was a member of the Labor & Employment Law Association.
