Frank joined Lipsky Lowe LLP in 2023, and focuses his practice in employment law, specifically litigation under federal and state laws.  He also represents clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including the recovery of unpaid wages and benefits, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and discrimination.

Prior to joining Lipsky Lowe, Frank worked at law firms representing employees in litigation based in New York and New Jersey.  

Frank has been recognized as a Rising Star Super Lawyer, to which no more than 2.5% of New York lawyers are named, by New York Super Lawyer Magazine for each year since 2021.

Frank graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.  He subsequently earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016.

During law school, Frank served on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Society, where he competed in national competitions, and the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, which has published his work both during and after his time there as a law student.
