Rebecca joined Lipsky Lowe in 2026. She advocates for workers in a broad range of disputes, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment cases. Rebecca demonstrates deep compassion toward her clients and genuine respect for the courage required to challenge workplace mistreatment.

Before joining Lipsky Lowe, Rebecca worked at a leading plaintiffs’ employment firm in New York City, where she represented classes, collectives, and individual workers in state and federal court. She pursued claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, and the New York State and City Human Rights Laws, as well as other federal and state statutes. Rebecca has broad experience across industries and has litigated against large tech companies, government agencies, restaurant chains, and banks. From 2019 to 2020, she served as a clerk for the Honorable Sarah Netburn in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.Rebecca graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was Senior Articles Editor for the Review of Law and Social Change. She earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a master’s in teaching from Fordham University. Prior to law school, Rebecca taught 7th grade as a Teach For America corps member.
