Mr. Lipsky is in a class of his own, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who has been cheated or taken advantage of by an employer past or current. He handled problems I had and from day one he assured me that if he decided to take my case it was because he knew I had been wronged and he knew he would he would score a victory for me, he never asked for a penny during the whole process, he did make me aware that once he won my case he would be compensated from my settlement. Throughout the whole process, he made me feel safe, and confident that I would prevail. Always kept me informed of any updates and even at times where I became impatient he calmed me down. If you don’t want to believe me, just google him that’s what I did and couldn’t believe the results I found.
