Mr. Lipsky is in a class of his own, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who has been cheated or taken advantage of by an employer past or current. He handled problems I had and from day one he assured me that if he decided to take my case it was because he knew I had been wronged and he knew he would he would score a victory for me, he never asked for a penny during the whole process, he did make me aware that once he won my case he would be compensated from my settlement.
