Olivia joined Lipsky Lowe as an associate in September 2024. She focuses on a wide range of employment law matters under both state and federal laws. Her practice encompasses wage-and-hour disputes, retaliation claims, employment discrimination, hostile work environment cases, and class action litigation.

Olivia graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with a double major in International Relations and Public Policy. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in nonprofit administration for over two years as a program coordinator, overseeing corporate and foundation scholarships. Her work with international students during this time inspired her to pursue a career in plaintiffs’ litigation, with the goal of advocating for others in complex and critical legal matters.

In May 2024, Olivia received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She refined her litigation skills throughout law school by participating in the Federal Civil Litigation Clinic at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York (EDNY). She also volunteered for the City Bar Justice Center’s Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Project in EDNY and served as a judicial intern in the Southern District of New York (SDNY). These experiences gave Olivia the hands-on knowledge and skills to become an effective people-focused advocate for her clients.
