Travis joined Lipsky Lowe LLP in 2025 and is an accomplished employment litigation attorney with a steadfast commitment to ensuring justice and protecting workers’ rights. His passion for equal justice is what initially inspired his pursuit of a legal career and continues to guide both his professional and personal pursuits.

Before joining Lipsky Lowe LLP, Travis honed his legal expertise at Crumiller P.C., where he successfully represented employees in complex litigation involving federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), among others. In addition to his extensive experience in employment law, Travis has a strong background in litigating cases related to sex abuse and public accommodation discrimination outside of the employment context.  Before his time at Crumiller, Travis served as an Associate Court Attorney at the New York Supreme Court, Kings County, where he played a critical role in facilitating trials and drafting judicial opinions in various areas of law.

Travis takes pride in providing compassionate and strategic counsel to clients navigating difficult and often traumatic disputes. Whether negotiating favorable settlements or aggressively advocating in the courtroom, he is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Travis earned his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where he was actively involved in the Center for Women, Gender, and Sexuality, advocating for survivors of gender-based violence and promoting violence prevention and bystander intervention. He later earned his J.D. from Western New England Law School, where he gained valuable experience clerking at several boutique firms specializing in employment law and commercial transactions.
