- Sexual Harassment under the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”) and New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”). The Complaint alleges Defendants sexually harassed Plaintiff throughout her employment.
- Retaliation under the NYSHRL and NYCHRL. The Complaint alleges Defendants retaliated against Plaintiff for opposing their hostile work environment.

On May 31, 2021, discovery ended.
On October 13, 2021, Defendant Communications Workers of America Local 1182 filed a summary judgment motion, which Plaintiff opposed. The parties are currently waiting for a decision on the motion.
